Not that I'm defending United in any way, but the 2nd placed team in Bundesliga didn't exactly cover themselves in glory against Liverpool either who were in atrocious form at the time. The 2nd placed team in Spain didn't stand a chance against Chelsea. The second placed team in Serie A went out against United, the team we're making fun of. ๐Ÿ˜† I guess there are just farmers leagues all over the place.

Thank fuck.

Fuck off De Gea you shitbird.

I'm  not sure De Gea loves Man utd that much - wouldn't be surprised if he did that on purpose. You heard it here first. #spanishconspiracy...

I mean he did play dead for a dozen penalties

Yeah but none of these leagues have pundits like Scholes and Savage who need taking behind the shed to be beaten like fucking dogs.

"this is it, this is the shootout to decide whether United will win the EL"
"I'm telling you Coquelin will miss this penalty" ๐Ÿ˜†
"it's easier to be Villarreal because no one expects you to create anything"
"United lack leaders" "Well what leaders do Villarreal have?"

This was possibly the worst commentary and punditry I've ever heard in a football match. I'll keep taking the piss out of England thank you

Funny how weโ€™re the only club he couldnโ€™t win the Europa League with.

๐Ÿ˜† That's great. I never watch English teams in Europe with English commentary if I can avoid it, it's awful. Even City vs PSG was like that, and City donโ€™t even have any legends to infiltrate the media with.

You could say Unai had himself...a pretty good ebening.

Yeah, it was embarrassing. I get home country bias but at least do some research ffs.

To be fair this is the worst its ever been. Not just the bias but the blatant incompetence and lack of any relevant knowledge, just a bunch of smelly fossils vibing with their back in my day insights. Takes some doing to make German commentators and pundits look professional but that's how bad its gotten.

By the way De Gea hasn't saved a penalty since 2016. 300kpw and conceded 36 straight penalties since then ๐Ÿ˜†

His shot stopping has gone to shit too after that ridiculous season. Made too many errors.

I can't believe they didn't sub in Henderson who is a PK expert, 8 saved out of 17 penalties

Kid must genuinely like him. He brought him through at PSG and then here as well I guess?

He was from Lorient.

The 2nd tweet was a double edge meaning presumably. "your benevolence and your authenticity in human relationships."

Anyway, great to see Cazorla yesterday. Wished he hasn't left them and won it with them.

We did that man Emery wrong so Iโ€™m quite happy for him. It still bothers me if Iโ€™m honest. Especially since I believe we went for a vastly inferior manager to replace him.

We didn't do him wrong at all. His first season was ok and we stuck by him for that. In his second season his results absolutely deserved to get him fired. Its just annoying we hired the wrong replacement and allowed him to do even worse.
