Also might be worth investing in a VPN, a lot of the problems with these streaming services is the ISPs. Using a VPN will help solve some of the issues.

If you have a smart TV you can just download some IPTV app directly on the TV and paste your IPTV link there instead. If you don't have a smart TV there are also pretty cheap options (just Google "Android stick") if casting doesn't work well.
