Don't take it so personally Claud, PSG have no money and GFFN said yesterday that's they're actually looking for a loan, and that's exactly what they got from Roma. The 15m figure is probably as believable as the 25m offer they supposedly made. The idea that PSG were going to pay 35m for Hector when they have to raise 60m from sales was never one grounded in reality.

A lot of noise on Twitter that Martinez will be sold for around £20m. Ideally really wanted him to stay and fight it out with Leno but sounds like he needs assurances about number of games or he wants to move.

I'm happy for him though if he gets a move and gets to play for his national side.

Villa have also offered him an epl startera salary, and it sounds like we're hesitating to match it because we're not giving him 'official' number 1 status

The management would want to be enormously confident that Martinez is in the midst of a purple patch because we'll look like idiots if he isn't.

We have to sell to buy I guess, but Martinez is one of the last ones I'd personally be getting rid of.

Is the Europa League going to be in a reduced format this season again? 'cos you could have the guts of a 60 game season if not, which offers quite a lot of potential for rotating/competing keepers. I shudder to think what happens if Leno gets injured again.

It's like Edu said, everyone wants loans and swaps. It's why I think we can't afford to keep Martinez if we've got a good offer because the ones we'd choose to get rid of might not go.

Fiorentina backed out of a deal was the latest report.

Barcelona will initially try to sign Hector Bellerin on a season long loan. If Arsenal do not accept this option, they will try to sign him permanently but in a part exchange deal. Bellerin is valued at €30m.
Nelson Semedo is expected to be sold for 40 or 50 million euros. Barca do not have a lot of money, so they cannot meet Arsenal's €30m asking price without including any players in a part exchange deal.

So Barca really think they are gonna sell Semedo for 50 million(who the hell will pay 50 millon for him) ? And then buy Bellerin for 30 ? 😆 .
