Can you imagine Spurs and Mourinho winning?
Really the best option is Leicester but it would really shine a spotlight on how big a disaster Kroenke’s been. Like the club caught Covid and been staggering since.

You guys love to believe the worst is going to happen. Tottenham can’t sustain this, they’re are wholly reliant on Kane and Son right now who cannot possibly sustain this sort of form. To put it into context, if they did, Son would finish the season with 38 goals and 8 assists, while Kane will finish the season with 29 goals and 38 assists.

Their next six games consist of Chelsea, Arsenal, Palace, Liverpool, Leicester and Wolves. If they come through that on top, I still wouldn’t think they’d have a chance of winning.

Ndombele looks ace, he was as good as any Man City midfielder today. I thought Alderweild looked great too.

Ndombele is always quality, just needed to adapt to here.

This is Mourinho's 2nd season guys. I don't believe they can win the league but its proven that his 2nd season is always his best

Spurs unfortunately look best placed to win. Can only hope LIverpool strengthen in January

No idea why people watched yesterday’s game and came out impressed. Ederson gifted them both goals.

They were defensively solid and clinical on the counter. Including a Harry Kane offside goal which they should have scored.

Although they had way less of the ball they were in control of the game all through. You’d be buzzing if we pulled out a performance like that against City, let alone the result. They have a very good team. The only problem is reliance on Son and Kane. Either of those go down and it’s season over.

That’s where Bale comes in.

One thing that might catch Spurs out are games against teams lower down the table. You need brawn against them. Teams like Burnley, Sheffield United, Everton, West Ham and Palace have that.

Looks like he played as a wingback, is that right? I always thought that position would suit him, never understood why both Wenger and Emery refused to try him there.

Yeah he played as a right-sided wingback. It suits him well in a 3-4-3 system. I've seen a lot of Everton fans credit Ancelotti for the positive influence he has had on players like Iwobi and Calvert-Lewin since he arrived there. Just goes to show how important a competent manager is.

Spurs have been average at best this season, but have been "lucky" and gifted a few points. In the long run, over the entire season, there is no way they'll win the league.

He looked good. Advanced and held the ball well. Would be good for linking the ball for us. Always got lots of unfair stick with us.
I actually foresee a guy like Szoboszlai getting tons of stick from fans here. Will be interesting to see what happens.

I would be. But I wouldn’t say we’re title contenders.
