Even if he is that good, no way can Thiago Silva's body take playing at top level into his 40s. He managed to stay fit for 30+ league games once in his 8 PSG seasons.

Not based on this match alone, but I honestly expected him to be way past it and can't adapt to PL pace.

Yep, he was just nominated for PL Player of the Month I think. He's been terrific so far, probably as big for Chelsea as Gabriel has been for us.

Crystal Palace (Easy win)
Sheffield Utd (Easy win)

They lost to Liverpool at home, couldn’t score against an average Man Utd side away, drew at home to Southampton....

Let’s reassess then around Xmas when their fixtures get a lot harder.

Btw, Ziyech has another good game. And gets the most chances created by an individual in the premier league this season (6) to go with his 2 assists. He’s been their best player this seems despite the late start. 🙁
