So far they've been kind of great. Especially when Gabriel didn't get in trouble last week.

đ I'm amazed we've not been fucked over by them yet. Only a matter of time.
you just need to start kicking the ball at players' lower arms for some free penos.
The IFAB change is fine and makes a lot of sense.
If the ball strikes a player who has made their body âunnaturally biggerâ, then they will be punished. Ifab deems that an arm above shoulder height is rarely, if ever, a ânaturalâ position, with the only exception coming when a player is falling to the ground. The body also stated that extra leeway will be granted in regards to ricocheted handballs, or if the player in question cannot see the ball.

So this one wouldn't have been given for a multitude of reasons. The PL interpretation is nonsense though.
Does the PL have other rules than that one or is it just the referees being terrible?
Most of what I have seen is the league saying defenders having arms is unnatural
Jose just inadvertently said Tottenham have no history đ
Jose saying its gard to be a small club đ

The rule makes sense, if you remember how John Terry used to make himself big by standing in front of a forward with both arms out wide like a keeper its absolutely an unnatural position and attempting to gain an advantage. The implementation in the PL so far has been crazy though.
What a strike Mahrez
Cracking finish by Mahrez from his right boot.
đ
City have a brain dead defence
Iâm glad the goalie didnât get his hand to that Vardy penalty. Wouldâve broken his bones
Vardy always seems to score against Manchester City.
City look stale.

Seems like teams have figured Pep's tactics out and he can't do anything about it. Expect him to move on next summer.
City are still great going forward though.
They are, due to the quality they have if nothing else. But their patterns they used to play with have been diluted, seems more forced.
Silva was great for Pep, Foden is good but nowhere near that level yet.
Has Pep ever adjusted in the last dozen years? He's been doing the same things. When the tries to experiment he gets bundled out of Europe. When he gets Plan A right, it's a glorious.
2-1 Leicester. Get in. This is an interesting season
