The teams dynamic effects the players. He had no reason to doubt himself last year. The team was great and its all flying high. Now the whole team is shake and doubt comes into your head. You're thinking about not messing things up. Once you second guess your move you're done in the Prem.
Add that to the midfielders filling in as CB's aren't going to take up the same well rehearsed positions the CBs would. So allison has bigger decisions to make.
