West Brom already had a good record against the top sides this season, they just got a point at City, they drew against Chelsea and only narrowly lost against Spurs and United, so I think it's a little harsh on Bilic to suggest that Allardice has somehow revolutionised this West Brom side.
I'm not sure he'll be able to reproduce his miracle act this season either. Fulham have actually started to play well, have only lost 1 of their last 6 (against City) and have also drawn against Liverpool and Southampton and beaten Leicester in that run. Burnley have started to improve too, while Brighton are unlucky to have so few points on the board.
