I think in each of the 5 seasons we have tried to justify that we are a much better team, and sometimes with proper reasons like we had a FA Cup, but the fact is in the bigger picture they are progressing and is more competitive than us overall sadly.
Oh well, I mean we have been better for the past 80 years or so, let them have these few years.
in these past 80 years have been multiple periods like the one we're currently in. so it's not like it's 80 consecutive years, it's overall. hopefully, 40 years from now someone will say the same about their previous 80 years and gloss over this 5 year period.
