Lets be honest, none of us have a clue how influential Cagigao was. I've no doubt he made several good calls but I don't buy the narrative that he's recommended every good player that's come through and warned against every bad one.
This doesn't look good on paper but lets see. I've liked our recruitment over the last couple of seasons but it has to be said our recruitment over the last 10 years or so is what has lead us to this point, it's been genuinely atrocious, so a restructuring isn't something I'm going to get overly worked up about. Let's see whats rises up in it's place.
The only concern is it places a lot of emphasis on Edu knowing what he's doing.
