Sicario2 That's what you call a historical signal of Spursiness. It could be said Spursiness originated when Prometheus taught early humans to create fire: the first ancestor of Spurs was the Cro-Magnon who couldn't figure it out. Buried deep under mountain glaciers one can find the perfectly preserved skeletons of whole villages of his descendants, the ones who starved to death every time it didn't rain for a few months.

Burnwinter I disagree. Not all futility looks the same. It can be Spursy or it can be far more noble than that. To be spursy is also to be deluded. If sisyphus had been the gods' pitiable favorite instead of being roundly despised, he'd have been spursy. To support Arsenal is to find joy in futility because it is futile. To be spursy is to not even recognize that futility in the first place, and to be constantly praised for being earnestly oblivious.

Qwiss Such a terrible idea too to hire a manager to save you from relegation - only to let him have a clause in his contract that says he can leave if you're relegated. He gets two months of the biggest wages in the league and then he's off. Classic Spurs.

Apparently Levy is also trying to sue Lewis and claim that he is due some additional shares in the club, which will allow him to sell control. The article claims that he wants to sell control but Lewis is the blocker.

Could they really get relegated? Like, for real? I just assumed they would do just enough to stay up, but it looks like a real possibility for them.
