In terms of priorities:

Sell Lacazette, Guendouzi, Ozil (just let him go by hook or crook), Torreira, Holding, Mustafi, Sokratis. I would love to sell Kolasinac too but I can't think of any cheap LB we can buy to cover Tierney.

Buys (from most preferred):

Creative Mid

1) Grealish (way overpriced though)

3) Odegaard (very slim chance but its Madrid...)

Seems like a good list,would rather Aouar than Grealish though. Shouldn't Szlobo be on the creative midfielder part? Don't see him as an alternative to Partey.

CM: one of Aouar/Szoboszlai/Grealish (obviously Aouar would be the number one pick, but his price and availability to me is doubtful)

Attack: a loan with option to buy, between Dembele/Coutinho/Zaha (surprisingly a loan for one of these guys is not far fetched) my pick would be Dembele. Two footed, lighting quick still a high ceiling, and very close with Aubameyang who I think would turn him around.

I see him like Ceballos. Better as a CM.

I rate Aoaur higher too but I was thinking more along the lines of zero league adaptation

So many options to go get - if Stan ponys up the dosh and/or we can shift a few especially Lacazette, Ozil, Guendouzi, and Bellerin there’s no excuse not to come out of the window looking much better

Need to replace Lacazette properly. He’s been really good to see the season out. A good part of why Aubameyang and Pépé have done so well as the season closed is how we have optimized the team around them in two ways. First we are lifting balls over fullbacks to them. Second, Laca is constantly coming into midfield, pulling a defender in, creating more spaces for the wide forwards to run into. He’s worked tirelessly. We really don’t want Aubameyang in that role next year. We want him to continue what he’s doing. And Pépé is the right profile for the opposite flank.

I don't want Xhaka as DLP = I think he can be improved upon even by Ceballos if we have someone like Auoar/Grealish/Coutinho as #8.

Similarly the likes of Edouard/PEA as CF would likely mean a change to both the way we attack and the shape. If we're going to play more an advanced CF we'd want a CAM/#10 or Mezzala to play from CM but stay high.

Lastly I don't want teenagers in the starting XI whilst they are still developing, unless their end product is absurdly good.

Add Kola, Sokratis, Mustafi, Holding, Torreira and Xhaka to the list & whomever we don't sell we loan out.

Sign / loan the players who are both fit for purpose and quality enough to go hard to win the UEL, as IMO there is simply too much rebuilding to be done to get the team able to compete for top4 next season.
That said if we did achieve a match day squad being 'fit for purpose', then I'd still fancy our chances head to head.

Are there Firminho's or Benzema's out there on a budget? Because that's what we will need in the CF position next season if we replace Lacazette. If we can't find that guy I reckon Laca will do until we do find/develop that player.

In terms of team structure, assuming the plan is to revert to 4 ATB next season it is imperative that we sign a major creative force in the midfield three. Ideally I'd hope for it to look something like Ceballos-Partey-KdB lite (whoever that may end up being).

In defence, we will definitely need a partner for Saliba.

That's my wishlist. 4 signings and extend Ceballos.
