Nelson looks like he just doesn't have the mentality. Emery, Neagelsman, Arteta and now the Feyenoord coach all questioning his mentality and application. He's naturally very talented, but not enough to make up for any of those short comings. That he never quite developed a burst is a real problem too.
Stuff like this doesn't really become evident until players progress into senior football so it's always a question mark, but Hutchinson definitely has a bunch of exciting tools at his disposal.
