ESR started getting minutes three years ago roughly the same age as Azeez, Saka was even younger. Guendouzi was an experienced recruit just proved the point that you can play even in central midfield at that age unless you're suggesting that he's a bigger talent. No one said to give Azeez 90 minutes twice a week, but if he looks talented enough he should absolutely train with the first team and get a couple of chances here or there, show him there's a path to the first team because obviously right now there is.
If you can find him a good loan with a manager who can coach him well do it but not before offering him the chance to prove himself in the first team, or would you rather have had Saka go elsewhere when he first broke through aged 17?
