Burnwinter wasn't there very strong suggestion from the Athletic or some such that he would have featured for us in the league (likely just on the bench) but he would have to have been 15 when the season started according to PL rules (and he didn't turn 15 until December).

I think a large part of it is that they and Real can endlessly pilfer all the best young players from across Spain, and Spain produces a lot of good players. It's a lot more competitive in England. Easier for Barca and Real to pick up players from Latin America too.

Loved the first as it was nice to see his physicality is solid against peers. He looks slight against the U21s but strong against his age group.

Yeah seems he's not too weak. Still physical development will probably be what, if anything, holds him back. He is 173 cm (5'8") and still growing. It could take him several more years to fill out if he ends up not too far shy of six foot.

Kid looks great every time I see these highlights.. That last micro-touch to make sure of his space for the second goal is class.

Bring Back Kerrea Gilbert this is the most hyped up youth from Arsenal ever. This guy has been on the radar for 2-3 years now. Made is debut for the u18s at 13 versus at 14 for Nwaneri. A few other highlights for Dowman include

Youngest Arsenal U21 player ever breaking Ethan's record
Youngest goalscorer in Uefa Youth Champions League history, breaking Moukouko's record
Max is also much more of a creative than Ethan. So while Ethan is devastating in small spaces and with that quikcly hit, low back lift shot, Max can facilitate player better. Which is more indicative of his talent. You'll see youth videos of all of Ethan, MLS and Max running through 4 or 5 kids at a time - which won't really help you differentiate them.

Tell me about Dowman. I watched a couple of the clips above and this lad moves like Kaka. The level of football is obviously terrible but holy shit.

Klaus Hahaha. I almost put the name Kaka earlier, but decided it might appear too optimistic. But yeah, you've got the gist of it. Other thing to note is he is still growing. He's 15 and 171cm. Between 15 and 18, typical growth spurt is going to be another 5-6 cm, so he should be able to get to 5'9" or thereabouts. But he's had so many games where he is so much better than everyone because of his skill, not in the way that guys like Bellingham and Rooney dominated through size / strength

Klaus He is being talked of not as one the biggest talents to come through Arsenal but one of the most promising English talents that anyone has seen.

This guy is very pro Chelsea but is always raving about him.

This guy may be the best talent we've ever produced. Obviously so much can go wrong in the next few years, but it's exciting.
