£20m seems low for an English 22 year old with over 100 games under his belt. He also has about 3 years left on his contract, should be looking at £30M imo or at the very least £25m.

Would have been great if he challenged for that RB spot and grew into the role. It's good money for him though. He was neither regular, nor consistent. Just an Arsenal boy who had the attributes to make a spot his. Bloody hope Bellerin can get back closer to his old level. I wonder if Arteta will see Chambers as an alternative at RB although it's unlikely.

Feel the same. He has never really had an extended run in the side. He's a full back.

Iwobi had become a regular in the squad and was a midfielder. It isn't a great deal but it isn't a price to scoff at.

I think you lot are on another planet. 23yr old utility/squad player/full back is going to go for a record fee to mid table side? No England caps and no real hype. Get a clause in there if you're worried about a future fee, but in the meantime that's just about what he's worth.

Bellerin never ever reached AMN's usual performances on either flanks last year. Why are we selling a potentially great fullback for peanuts?

Oh and we gave a 4 year contract to a relegation standard rightback who's utter crap too.

Iwobi is an attacking midfielder and there was no corona around when he left. He also never had any attitude issues

Its not a great price but its hard when players are forcing their way out. Its been clear as day he wanted to go since he changed agent, what can you do.

We should get significantly more for Guendouzi so add the 2 together and its hopefully close to a Partey or Aouar price.

Are you serious mate? Bellerin put in loads of great performances in the league and CL against big teams before his ACL tear he was considered one of the best full backs around, made EPL Team of the Season as a 21 year old. Barcelona were rumoured to prepare a 50m bid

I'm not sure if Bellerin can ever recover to a decent level but let's not act as if AMN has been amazing for us. He has possibly the worst concentration level in the squad, seemed to lack urgency and always had a clanger in him. He's decent on the ball but nothing special there either. Not sure why people act like we're losing Dani Alves

Also if we're really trying to clear out 10 players from our squad, we need to keep chugging forward. Getting in £40 for Maitland Niles isn't a success if it robs us the chance to ship a few others out.
