A real footballer would have left us to join City to win trophies. He chose Utd because of the money.

That's probably net because no way is Alexis taking a cut from 370k to 130k

Italian wages are usually reported as net, yes. Inter's owners are loaded too. At the end of the day Alexis probably earns more than Aubameyang's new contract will be worth (provided he does sign), and he's had like five good games in Italy. Unbelievable. Some players really do fail upwards.

I dont think a deal for mkhi is finalised, but i think at end of the day we will be giving him away. i think that's the only way to get rid of dead weight like ozil - loan for 1 to 2 years, and eventually they can leave for little to no transfer fee. Making the best of a shit situation

That loan is going to have to involve us paying some of his wages or paying that team to take him.

He's only got more year left on his deal. Even if we have to pay half his wages, we'd save 9 million pounds.

I think we will probably still be able to get a fee for Mkhi, just not the substantial one we are holding out for per reports pre covid.

Roma is desperate to keep him, he is their most productive player this season per minute even though its injury hit. 9 goals and 6 assists from just 16 starts.

Rambo does €7m net at a 43% tax rate, so that should put him at €12m or €220k a week gross. Glad we didn’t match that.

Alexis Sanchez: Talks progressing on Manchester United exit settlement

Talks are progressing on a settlement which is thought will see Alexis Sanchez leave Manchester United on a free transfer to join Inter Milan on a permanent deal.

Sanchez has been on loan at Inter since August 2019 with United still paying a large portion of his £560k-a-week wages.

The Chile international would receive a payout from United for cancelling his contract, which still has two years to run. The details of the payout are unknown but the value of the remaining two years in wages is around £55m.
