I don't believe this. Sheffield United are basically a team of painfully average regens with great fitness and concentration levels, and they more than held their own against anyone in the league. Even last night Mustafi had a decent game after that calamitous fuckup, the two games before he was actually pretty good.
We just can't seem to catch a break which is part confidence and major part refs out for blood against us, two massive decisions in the red for Luiz and the offside for their second against us. Before it was a pen for Pepe against Sheffield, before it was the red vs Jorginho that wasn't given the phantom foul by Chambers vs Soton etc pp. Imagine if we just had some of those calls given let alone be on the good end of a dodgy one like Liverpool every week, we'd be way up the table
And when will something be done about this? I pray Raul or someone is getting to the bottom of this bullshit the FA serves only Arsenal with such frightening regularity.
We aren't part of the old boys network, never have been at least since Wenger took over. This network consists of refs club executives and the media, even that fat useless ugly gimpy fuck Jonathan Pearce was joking on MOTD before the Sheffield game how Mike Dean wouldn't get a statue outside the Emirates, in what backwards ass shithole is it possible to joke about something like that with impunity. There's plenty wrong in Germany and with German football but I couldn't imagine something like this here in a million years.
I don't think there's a whole lot the club can do about it. Sanllehi seems like he knows how to play that dodgy game but I'm not sure they'll let a foreigner into the circle with the history that Arsenal has anyway. Not sure I'd want us to be chummy with trash people like that anyway, I'd rather we try and extort and blackmail pricks like Dean and Atkinson because you just know they're paying prostitutes to piss on them or worse.
Well done to the team for that performance with ten men and lifting the apathy but now I'm half proud of them and half seething in the office the day after the game ffs.
