Well last year that run cost the manager his job. Arteta needs to pull us out of this nose dive quickly if he doesn't want to end up in the same boat.
Like I said earlier, what cost Emery his job last year was a run of just 6 wins in 22 games across two seasons and a humiliating cup final defeat. Arteta has won 11 over the same period as well as a trophy. It's not the same.

Klopp did the same at Liverpool, most of the first XI had changed within 2 seasons. There's nothing wrong with wanting a specific type of player for a system, Emery was the same and so is any manager worth his salt. It doesn't need to be a £70m player in every position.
