Here’s the problem. We are 14th and our offensive metrics have consistently been bottom five since last season. That means we do not have the wherewithal to lift ourselves into the top 6 without drastic system changes. He’s been tweaking for months and still hasn’t created anything that is a top half attacking unit.
I would need to see a new plan and the first evidence of success from that plan of a new attacking ethos. Absent that, I’d change.
And as per Klaus, I’d already ask guys like Poch what they’d do differently
