It’s hard to believe. This feels just like the time when Tierney came out to say Arteta was the best coach since Johann Cryuff and Alex Ferguson and Wenger rolled into one. Once there’s a crisis on the horizon these guys seem to start leaking what we want/need to hear, and creating nonsensical org charts.
And then we wash rinse, repeat.
If we are honest we know what needs to be done. Arteta has to be booted and an experienced, manager must take his place. Then give said manager the support and funds needed to achieve their goals. Bringing in Buendia and Bissouma etc isn’t going to take us anywhere if the manager remains and keeps us playing in this awful, soul sucking style. We need to get serious as a football club.
