Now that's the shit from Saka.
Superb nutmeg!
Lampard would have been proud of that one
Saka is raw but the main difference between him and Nelson is bravery on the ball. He isn't afraid to take responsibility and take on his man time and time again
Saka playing with that youthful innocence
Martinez is actually playing pretty well, they've had quite a few chances.
Good save Martinez. He's done his job this half
Has to be said, Mustafi's been decent today. He supports Chambers well on that right flank.
Decent enough half actually. Same diabolical tactic based on countering and mistakes but at least it’s actually working.
Looks like Willock will get the goal, by the way. Deserved.
HT. So it looks like we are playing 4-3-3? Smith-Rowe similar to Ramsey's old right side wing deployments and Willock as the more liberated midfielder. Saka and Aubamayeng switch nicely too.

We certainly had a ton of chances, but lets be honest, so did they

Plenty of time for a trademark lapse but so far so good

I agree and I like it. He trusts himself and even ignored Auba in a better position from whom he must be getting an earful right now. All three kids (ESR, Saka and Willock) understandably are lacking the sharpness that comes from playing regularly.

I was about to say something similar in the first half but seeing how many got burnt by the Saka/Willock goal, I thought better.
It would be incredible if we can win today, Frankfurt havent lost at home in Europe since 2006. Only 3 clubs managed to even draw at this ground since then
Watching the EL half time show, Malen scored again with a Henry esque goal
wtf smith-rowe!
Bring back Mustafi!
mustafi saves a goal there!
Willock with some brilliant running power. The engine on that lad.
Willock is really impressive.
Shades of peak Abou Diaby in that powerful run.
