I disagreed with you during the game when you said Willock wasn't playing well. The first half an hour or so, I thought he was perhaps our best player. His touch was ultra reliable, even under pressure from big, strong and aggressive Newcastle players and his combination play in amongst opponent players was good. He also had them panicking every time there was open space for him to run into.

I thought Nelson did the simple things very well. Helped us to progress play like this throughout. Always available and rarely gave the ball away. Mkhitaryan's pass at the end though. :ffs:

Great first touch from minute 1 and some lovely moments of skill like this as he grew into the game.
