I hate this club.
Daniele Rugani
Can’t hate a club which has just signed Pepe

They're pretty good on that front after this summer. They've signed De Ligt who's 19 and the turkish player Merih Demiral who's 21 and looks like a top end talent. The fact that they splashed £90 million on two young centrebacks this summer when they had Rugani waiting in line says everything you need to know about how they rate him though.

Pepe's a good signing obviously, a bit overrated by Arsenal fans I feel but that's inevitable with that price tag. We need so much more work done this summer though. Bringing in Rugani, on loan or otherwise, is just fucking disgraceful business.
Might sign both him and Dayot
Rugani isn’t Mustafi bad. He can pass for a start
Ah, forgot about Demiral. I've heard very good things about him.
You would still think Sarri would like Rugani around, but I can see why both parties may feel a parting of the ways is for the best.
I'm scared.

Didn't imagine you'd think much of him. He seems unsuited physically for this league.
To be honest a lot of ppl thought Sokratis was going to flop and despite him not being amazing, he’s definitely exceeded expectations.
Rugani could surprise ppl too....
I think Sokratis has been very underwhelming. That said he is physical and athletic. Rugani I am not sure if he excels at reading the game, haven't seen him but just watching videos, he might struggle adapting to the physical nature of the League.
Italian cb with known powderpuff tendencies. Hopefully a joachim andersen style smokscreen for don dayot

Said this before in the Upamecano thread, but picture Granit Xhaka as a centreback.

Sokratis has been good. What's killing us are the red cards he has been getting lately.
They are not straight reds but, more often than not, soft yellows as he stretches to tackle the winger who has beaten our hapless LB.
Imagine a guy like Salah or Sterling looking up and seeing Xhaka, Sokratis and Rugani before him. Will just be like flagpoles to a downhill skier.

You mean just re-watch one of those games from last season when Emery had to play him there in a three?
No.
Clear coffee Tables, Klaus. You don't know what will come over you when we annouce Countinho and Rugani tomorrow
Coutinho and Rugani would be senseless. It would be accumulating big names for the sake of it. Think Houston Rockets with Barkley and Pippen bickering everyday while the other Hall of Famers looked on.
I watched several Barca games last season. Coutinho was either out of sorts or trying to do too much.
Klaus knows we wont see Ozil much when Coutinho joins.
But for Rugani we might just cry together when we watch him. Or he might have a level Juve fans didnt see, but I rather not take the risk of signing a potential dud and just splash as much as we can on Upa
well ozil offers nothing. coutinho offers nothing + 5 screamers per season, so there's that
Arsenal will meet Juventus to finalise. Juventus agreed to loan him two years and get 40 million euros (in total) instead of selling it directly and get 30 million .. [@ilbianconerocom]
