Mané is an example of why I like 4-3-3 and want Arsenal to play it.
He's not a reliable enough finisher to play as a striker, although perhaps he is these days, but mainly he lacks the awareness and strength to play up against big centrebacks. In a 4-3-3 he plays basically as a striker without having to do any of the donkey work or the other things he's not good at and zero defending in his own half. It suits him perfectly and the 100 chances he gets a game guarantee he'll get lots of goals.
