As much as I also don't like to acknowledge it and wouldn't want it to be the case Liverpool are head and shoulders above everyone right now. The team they have assembled is perfectly balanced and full of quality players performing at their higher potential.
There is not really a team in world football that can match them. If they can keep the squad settled and motivated they could be a force for another few seasons yet.
Given that 10 or so years ago they were very much in the verge of slipping out of the top bracket of clubs it's a testament to getting the right people and providing backing for that.
I wish we could have a structure like that but I don't feel that's in our DNA
