I think around 8
I think groups of 4-5 would work well, enough to keep things interesting - although there should be a forfeit if you abandon your team just because it's shite. I think Clrnc and Qwiss were the only ones following it through till the season ended.

At work we use a basic league ,not the draft, which works very well as it is low maintenance.
Draft + league as usual every year.
The draft can work if we pick a time when post people are online to pick

Free before 5 and after 7 most days.

After 7 UK is good. I have no idea. This would be my first fantasy league of any kind in 20 years since I played NBA as a seed. Hopefully, I don't end up with a team of Phil Joneses
