He's got the sort of composure and decision making that is not natural for any footballer, let alone a 21-year old. For now, he just needs to keep doing this:

Breaking records, but also perfect first touches and the right weight and timing on his passes. I also love that he passes to the correct foot of his team mate every single time. More to come in terms of driving with the ball and taking pressing opponents out of the game, but this is exactly what he should be doing right now.
