Mosquera isn't on his level obviously, but he's only 21 and looks to have hardly any weaknesses already.

I think these comments would be exponentially more worrying had he not just signed a new deal. But he has, so all good!

I'd be more worried about Saka leaving than Saliba right now tbh, still no signature on that thing. CBs are easier to replace than wingers.

Sicario2 This is worded so over the top all these online profiles love to generate engagement rubbish presented as fact.

Even as someone who thinks Saliba will go to Madrid at some point in the future I never thought it would be now because age is on his side to give a few more seasons here then they're is a decision at 27ish and that would likely be influenced on what's happened with us. I don't believe he was itching to leave right now so I don't see it as this big statement personally.

Saliba missing this game and is one of many that have missed the odd midweek game (I'm sure Saliba has missed quite a few now with a minor issue) makes me think a lot of these guys are pulling out and don't want to push themselves given the WC.
