Claudius keeping most of your players because you are a top side is easier but some will go regardless. I don't think Saliba will spend his career here even if we become the most successful team in the world in the next 10 years. Players want to try different things, play at different clubs, in different countries, its a natural part of being young and ambitious. Look at Trent, he could stay at a Liverpool side who are well set up for next season but he's done it all at Liverpool and wants a new challenge. That's normal and its healthy for your competitive edge. We just need to let them go at the right time, for the right price and with the right replacements lined up.
