Come on! Surely it should be obvious by now that the players largely dictate attacking patterns, and that Zidane is largely at the mercy of his players.
I worry for someone if they watched a Real Madrid team (C. Ronaldo/Modric/Ramos/Kroos at peak) coached by Zidane in 2016, and a Real Madrid team (Hazard/whoever/whoever) coached by Zidane in 2019, and the conclusions they draw regarding the second edition are any of the following; poor mentality, poor coaching, poor tactics, poor formations, poor attacking patterns etc.
