Anyone following the Women's Euros? Watched England thrash Norway 8-0 earlier today. England are captained by Leah Williamson from Arsenal, and Beth Mead also of Arsenal scored a hattrick (she also got the only goal in the first game last week).

Congrats to England Womens team at the Euros. 2-1 vs Spain, after trailing for most of the game. The winner in extra time was a banger of a strike.

Onto the semis.

Yeah didn't really threaten until the equaliser and great strike for the extra time winner. The subs made a big difference.

Resounding win for England in the women's semi final, 4-0 over Sweden. Sweden started the better team and had early chances but once England scored (Mead again) they never looked in danger of losing. Germany or France in the final.

England women win the Euros, really happy for Williamson who gets to raise the trophy and Mead, who was probably the player of the tournament. Great advertisement for women's football, I've enjoyed this a lot more than anything to do with the vile shitshow that men's football is nowadays.

Same. One thing I realised in women's football is that their first instinct is always to pass forward no matter what. And they are more intricate in their skills. Great fun
