In fact ideally we need another winger.

Every year all the top teams seem to have great wide men apart from us. We finally have landed one, but I put money on the fact that next year we will be looking to fill the LW as well.

Unless Saka, or Nelson step up really unexpectedly.

yeah, not sure i agree we have the wings covered. iwobi and nelson are the closest we have to natural options there, and neither are convincing as of today

Of course we haven't had our wings covered. This has been commonly understood and reviled throughout the fan base for a long time.

Iwobi and Mkhitaryan on the wings last season were below par to say the least, especially with Hector out of the team, so Pepe fills a gaping hole in our squad. We have no one who has similar pace and dribbling ability. Plus we now finally have a player who can score goals from the wing.

I think asking us to sign another winger as well as Tierney, a CB & a RB is asking too much of our resources this window. That said I can see us trying to get a 2 for 1 deal with a CB who can also play as RB, but who has some pace to get up and down unlike Chambers who lacks the pace to do so.

If we don't sign a LW we're looking at PEA on the flank, but with Cabellos we should be quicker in transition to enable both PEA and Pepe to get on the ball early to exploit their pace.

There are more nutmegs in that clip than our entire team got last season and I actually saved the second half of the video for later

His dribbling style is so Yannick Bolasie. Hilarious but effective

Bolasie was a pretty unbelievable dribbler to be fair to him. He just had really hit and miss end product.

Both are street footbalers though. Unorthodox and maybe a little raw and rough, but capbale of things that academy kids with their generic style can't even think of.

Imagine what a great coach could do with skill and flair like that?

Yeah Bolasie before injuries ruined him was one of the best dribblers in Europe. Shame how his career turned out
