Have you seen Chambers in pre-season. This guy does not appear to be a very good centre back. He just doesn’t seem to have the necessary timing and aggression. I would even take Mustafi over him.
Really? I thought Chambers has probably looked like our best centre back, admittedly that's not saying much.
I get your point re the lack of aggression, I think unlike Mustafi he's realised that going in tight doesn't work out well for him. On the other hand while he's not winning balls he's had his man covered most of the time and has done a decent job nullifying or stopping attacks.
