Valverde with the worst header I've ever seen for R Madrid in the Spanish Cup final.
Open goal from two yard out, and he closes his eyes and somehow heads it onto his knee and over the bar. Awful.
Real looks well drilled, keeps possession well but lacks that cutting edge in the final third.
Not a very exciting game.
Why are they playing a major European final in Saudi Arabia again?
Money. And it's just the Spanish Supercup, not the UEFA one.

Spanish and French cups are being played all over the place for that cash monay. Leagues struggling to keep up with England
Valverde sent off for a deliberate last man hack. Now it's gone to pens. Bet Real win now.

Knew it.
I love the tackle to be fair.
Reminds me of Grimandi against Davids
Luiz Suarez out for four months. Auba bid incoming?
Probably not.
The Barca board has a much bigger mess to sort out with the managerial fiasco.
Valverde has been sacked. Cat Radio says they'll replace him with Quique Setien
He's the closest thing to Pep around. Could become a disaster or start another era of domination
Or something in between
Reportedly Xavi and Koeman were the first and second choice to replace Valverde and both turned Barca Down.
Xavi is a wildcard at least I guess but with Koeman I'm not sure who's the bigger moron, Bartomeu for offering him the job or the fat fuck for declining
Koeman did not want leave the national team post right away with the Euros approaching in summer.
Netherlands have a very good team and can do some damage at the Euros.
He was ok with taking job after May.
Setien official. Barcelona apparently have the options either to let him go after this season or extend with two more years, so sounds like a great deal for them. Surprised that he'd leave a good job for such an unsafe deal though.
Setien has actually been without a club since May after he resigned from the Betis job.
Oh, didn't realize he'd resigned. Makes sense for him to accept such a deal then.
Setien plays some of the most amazing football in europe when he was with Betis. I touted his name as one of the options that should be considered to replace Wenger, intrigued to see Barca chancing on him
Would have taken a shot at Jorge Jesus if I were Barcelona.
