We all wanted to believe Chamakh was gonna drop a 30 goal season on us. I remember when I went to the Emirates Cup in 2010, placing £50 in the bookies before on Chamakh to score in our game that day. It came in.

Henry (04-05 home), Bergkamp (redcurrant home 05-06) and Hleb (05-06 away). I also have a Spain 2010 shirt with Fabregas on the back, although that was given to me, not something I'd have chosen.

I had a fake 02/03 away with Henry, then got a Pires home in 03/04, loved it, then a red currant Van Persie and Fabregas in 08/09. Felt so cheated with the last 2, never bought one with a name again.

Have a redcurrent one without names and got a Fabregas fake in 2010-11. Thankfully, the name and number peeled off by itself. haven't really gotten one since. I'll get a hoodie or t-shirt if I like them but don't wear the shirts. Will wear my redcurrant one when I go to matches.

Never got a name on a shirt. I always feel like they go out of date and depending on how the player leaves (ie, if you'd got a Van Persie one for instance) you might never be able to wear it again. The first Xmas we were together my wife got me that season's homr shirt with my own name on the back, but otherwise I've never had one with a name.

The one kit I have that did not get spoilt after washing was the sun yellow and blue/red kit of the Walcott era. The Fly Emirates came right off and the kit looks all the better for it.

banduan we really need sponsor free kits. As a brown man, I feel super conscious walking around with Emirates, Rwanda, Deel all over me. I’d almost rather even promote OnlyFans that any of those.

I still have my old 95 shirt with Wright on the back. Was a lovely thick felt they put on it rather than the shiny print you get now. So much cooler.
