Yeah I associate more with White, Gabriel, Smith-Rowe's experience. It kept the latter out of 3+ match day squads? I experienced poor sleep quality, gained weight and lost a little muscle, dealt with brain fog, and had to slowly work back lung capacity back for running when I had it three weeks ago. Trust that's nothing more than the usual but still felt like a regressive elapse of time. Yet, I do appreciate an athlete's condition is quite different and given Saka will have access to top notch care it'll be a milder experience. Perhaps he'll get loads of muscular rest, reduced cortisol, maybe a bit more physiotherapy than these guys get almost daily anyway.
