Duván Zapata just scored 4 goals for Atalanta in a 5-0 away victory against Frosinone. He's been having an incredible two months. 14 goals in his last 8 games now.

Atalanta is such a weird team. They don't really have the players or the consistency to stake a claim but they play some of the best attacking football in Europe when they're on song.

Earlier Moncho’s boys lost a 3-0 lead to draw. But my new favorite child Zaniolo had a beautiful cushioned chest to set that boy Dzeko free for one of his two goals. He seems so at ease. Surprised not to see him mentioned in more rumors.

Piatek and Jovic is the real deal in terms of young strikers. Milan got an absolute gem. Just curious why no other big clubs went for him

Because he had just six months of experience outside of Poland probably. Still lots of clubs should have been in for him he looked like the real deal for Genoa.

Frankfurt won't be able to hold him once the usual Bayern comes in for him. He's one of the most talented young strikers i have seen for awhile

I haven't seen much of Sampdoria but Quagliarella's apparently having his best ever Serie A season at the age of 35. Unreal stuff. I think he's leading the league for assists too, and most of them have been creative ones and not just knockdowns or short passes.

Edit: This is Coppa Italia actually, so Zapata's still one behind the octogenarian.
