We still look very shaky defensively but our attacking patterns and play give me hope.
In contrast under Wenger we were clueless both ways.
As fans I think we need to give him time to sort things out little by little. So far we have won the games we should be winning, and lost the games I’d expect us to lose anyway so I’d say he’s par for the course. I was anti-Wenger for the longest time and so now I’ve thrown my lot in with his replacement, and I will support him and his team fully until he has absolutely proved that he isn’t making things better. Remember when Klopp started and people were saying he had the same or a worse record than Benitez? Only took him 3 seasons to get Liverpool looking good, we’re seeing the knives out here after 4 games and one transfer window.
I’m okay with the job he is doing so far. There was never going to be a short term or easy fix to the rot that had set in after 10 years of bad Wenger/management.
