ronaldo & messi? really?
Really.
I mean Ronaldo only scored a hat-trick against Spain and then followed it up with the winner in the next game; whereas Mbappe who will probably be in most people's teams had one awesome game against Argentina but has been average in his other games.
Messi was more borderline, was tempted to put in De Bruyne there for his performance against Brazil, but he has been fairly ordinary otherwise. Still though, nobody questions Modric's inclusion because his quality has shown through consistently. Messi's did in every game he played as well; though unlike Modric, he had a shower of absolute retards like Otamendi behind him.
