I would compare Pereira with Bellerin and its pretty close too though some might argue Pereira have very good end product

The only one in the entire team you surely would not take is Albrighton, but rest are pretty close which says it all

With all of our players fit, I think you could make a very strong case for Perreira, Maguire, Chilwell, Ndidi, Tielemans, Maddison and Vardy all starting for us. Schmeichel and Evans would have weaker arguments, but they're both good players that are on a similar level to Leno, Koscielny/Sokratis.

Guardiola playing Foden is hard to explain. He hasn't been poor really, but he's showed very little to suggest he's a better option than Mahrez or Sane. Also prevents Sterling from playing on the right hand side, where his stregths are much better utilised.

He's a strange one is ol' Pep.

He's afraid of the Leicester counter, and Sane is lax defensively, hence the decision to play 5 midfielders.

Ndidi Chilwell or Tielemans would immediately play like utter dogshit here guaranteed with the depression currently afflicting the team.

Get rid of some of the rotten apples and the rest might look half decent again. None of you were fawning over Leicester's lot the night after we beat Tottenham 4-2 were you?

City should bring on Stones and Sane for Foden and Silva (yes Mike Dean the attention seeker could easily send him off) respectively

Stones sitting in front of the back 4? Silva hasn't contributed much anwyay so I'd agree with hooking him.

Sane left and Sterling to the right would really give Leicester something to think about.

Seriously. And then the other aspect is the wishlisting of whoever gets relative success as a manager every 6 months to a year. Been going on since roberto martinez. With just one of holding/bellerin not being injured, we'd be third comfortably and watching the vultures fight over fourth behind us.

Turning your nose up at Ndidi, Chillwell and Tielemans and then proceeding to big up Rob Holding in the same breath is a bit silly to say the least.

I don't think I've ever seen a player's stock rise so much while sitting out injured as I have seen with Rob Holding this season. You'd swear he's on the cusp of being a PFA Team of the Year level player the way certain fans have gone on about him. In reality, I reckon he's on the cusp of playing for Watford.

Yes a midfield of Stones-Gundogan-Bernando Silva

and a Sterling-Aguero-Sane front 3

City need a Giroud or Dzeko type CF to hoof/cross the ball to in the last 5-10 minutes when everything else fails
