I think the opposite, they've no midfield whatsoever. All their chances come from going straight from back to front. Their shape at the end of the half there was five players standing around on top of the Tunisian defence, Henderson alone in midfield and four players across the back making an absolute meal of trying to play it out of the back, which was a recurring theme all half.
Having said that Tunisia are dreadful and England should be about 4 goals up by now. It was a clear penalty on Kane, Lingard made a mess of two superb chances, missed another decent one and hit the post with his fourth, and Stones had the best miss of all of them.
