Really disappointing game by him.
He'd shown up in pre-World Cup friendlies, but that was an abysmal showing.
Was disappointed with Portugal across the board bar Ronaldo. Can't think of another player who showed much, maybe Querasma who was lively coming on late. I'd imagine he'll start ahead of Guedes next game.
Not sure if it's tactics or Spain's possession, but Portugal's midfield was non-existant. I'd hope that showing (alone) convinces everyone Carvalho is not what we need, particularly next to Xhaka.
