Definitely. They're doing a bad job at getting maximum out of the centrebacks they already have too. Lindelöf-Nilsson is a top class talent, for instance. He wasn't ready for this level when they signed him but a season under a different manager and he'd be one of the best defenders in the league right now. Instead Mourinho has been talking about playing him as a fullback if they sell Darmian.
