Real Madrid have announced they have reached an agreement with Santos to sign youngster Rodrygo.

This along with Vinicius means Madrid have spent about 100m on 2 brazilian 17 year olds.

Why is his career dead? Roma give chances to youth players.

Generally speaking yes but you wonder if he'll get many chances there they are pretty stacked in the front line. Dzeko is undroppable in his current form, Schick deserves game time as do Perotti and El Shaarawy, Ünder is only like a year older than Kluivert and levels ahead of him.

They look incredibly good and skillful those kids. Either of them might be the next big thing to come out of Brazil. Would be silly if Real lucked out on both.

I'm surprised Real didn't also grab the other young Brazilian kid (Paulinho) who's been hyped up as well. Bayer signed him, they might get big $$$ if he becomes good.

Apparently 5 teams bid for Rodrygo and Liverpool was the first club to make a bid for him, according to Santos' president.

Ndombele and Torreira in our midfield, would revolutionise our entire team. They would simply out harass and out work the opposition.

If Ramsey doesn't sign on, I'd go for ndombele

No way we are spending 60M on a MF (much as I would like us to bring in Ndombele). If he has any sense, he will stay at Lyon and end up at RM / City in a few years.

Wolves sign Rui Patricio.

That's a good signing, especially on a free. Still only 29

would rather have him for free over spending £20m on leno, but id rather have just about anyone over cech next season

Nainggolan to Inter, Pastore to Roma.

Weird one, why would Roma let him go to their rivals?

Same reason they sold Salah and will sell Alisson to Real this summer. Money. Anyone who pays cash up front can pretty much have a free pick from their squad.

30 year old chainsmoker. He won't last much longer at the top level.

Good signing. He is one of the better keepers in the League, in my view.

It is indeed a good signing for them. Honestly though I wouldn't take either him of Szczesny back though.

Was reading earlier that Bernard is available on a free. We were linked with him last summer no? Is he still any good?

Monaco sign 16 year old striker willem geubbels from Lyon for 20m euros

Forwards from Lyon's academy include- Benzema, Lacazette, Fekir, Remy, Martial, Pléa, Ben Arfa

This is the second 16 year old forward Monaco has signed since the purchase of Pietro Pellegri for 21m euros in Jan

I wonder if we should've looked at him for that price....

No need to sign more players on a downward trajectory.

and another cringeworthy piano intro? 😆

Manolas to Chelsea supposedly close - “Sarri’s first signing”. Whoever decided to sign Mustafi ahead of him should be sacked.

Meh Manolas is just the same as Mustafi - errors all over the place

He's been sacked.

Dortmund have officially signed Diallo.
Arguably an upgrade over Sokratis for them.

Definitely an upgrade in terms of potential but he's still young and a bit rash. Dortmund have a great defensive coach in Favre so let's hope we can poach him in a couple years time when he's become the man to take over

Fuck Dortmund btw

Dutch giants Ajax are close to agreeing an £18m deal for Southampton midfielder Dusan Tadic.

Southampton have agreed a fee with Basel for young winger Mohamed Elyounoussi, according to Sky sources. Fee believed to be in the region of £16m.

Juventus are on the verge of signing Valencia’s Joao Cancelo, reports Marca.

West Ham have increased their offer for Felipe Anderson to €40million plus a bonus arrangement depending on a number of appearances, according to Sky in Italy.

How's felipe anderson doing these days? I can remember him being frequently wish-listed in the past.

I remember that Felipe Melo fella too. Golly we’ve been linked to some shit footballers.

Looks like Chelsea is determined to hijack Juventus Golovin deal. 27m bid.
