I just want to see if Ceballos can show some of what the hype was about now under Arteta. No one (bar Ramsey maybe) managed to do well at AM under Emery so I feel like Ceballos never really had a fair shot to show his ability.

I mean he was signed by Real Madrid and is in the Spanish first XI, if that's all down to Jones then he's one hell of a hype man.

His performance against Burnely was very good too in fairness and as qs says he's not really had the chance to show what he can do. Hopefully he gets a chance against Bournemouth.

Why be hyped about players that are obviously average?

I give every player a chance to show what they’re about and then once I’ve seen it I make my own judgement.

The kid is decent on his day, but ultimately too slow to be useful in the premiership.

We were similarly stung by the Suarez kid from Barcelona. Don’t think it’s a coincidence that he hasn’t played at all post Emery. He’s not good enough, strong enough, or quick enough.
