We have solved two parts of the equation, which goes a long way. We spent too many years being unable to identify players and thus either kissing out on quality players (Griezmann) or spending lots of money on suspect players (Mustafi, Perez, etc). Mislintat solves that. Then we also had too many instances where we just destroyed negotiations, the best example being Suarez. Sanllehi/Fahmy should solve that. Our January window shows promise
Having better players on the field should already put us in a much better position. Hopefully, then we have a decent manager as well to complete the package.
