For what it's worth, I watched his whole seven minute debut and he plays mostly like Ozil.
Yeah he kind of does. It seemed he has very quick feet (in a stop start sense) but doesn't run around much, especially in the final 3rd where he kind of just walks and waits for the challenge before moving it away. Also at times he seemed very slow and cumbersome in his movement (aside from the quick feet) however seen other parts where he seemed to be running past people with ease. Maybe his top speed is decent but his acceleration I think might be what makes him look slow. Also, although his feigns and and quick changes in directions fooled a lot of those defenders a lot of the defending shown was terrible.
Doubt we brought him here to be an immediate addition to the first team, but he does have something about him. We've neglected buying highly rated youth for a long time, and the more of these kinds of signings we make, the better. Best case is they become legends for the club and stay a long time (or bring us a big fee if they want to leave), worst case we loan them out for a few years and they leave us at a loss of a few million. No big deal, but we really should be focusing on getting our hands on as many of the best young talents we can find.
