Amazing what you can do when you have people at the club dealing with transfers and contracts.
The big turn around for me is they actually seem to have started to give a shit about the fans.
Aubameyang and Özil on the same day is a planned event. It's Gazidis giving something to the fans that he knows have suffered and have just about had enough.
Wenger's a great man but he's old and stubborn. He doesn't believe in all the razzmatazz. He thinks it's all about the football. We stopped doing player unveiling press conferences the day David Dein left the club. Every other club in the world makes a song and dance about signing bew players and we haven't so much as done a press conference in 10 years! One of my best memories as an Arsenal fan is of watching Sol Campbell walk out between Wenger and David Dein...I'll Never forget!
They're finally realising that they've got to play the game and at the same time give something back to the fans. Stop the negative bullshit that pervades every aspect of the club right now. A bit of good feeling and positivity goes a long way.
