Looking for a strong performance. It will be good to put a few goals past a team and win comfortably before United at the weekend.

Another clean sheet with our first choice defense will be nice with a complete performance from Sanchez. He hasn't been at his best but has shown for periods how good he is, needs to have a dominant game over 90 minutes.

Ozil likely to miss out. Hope to see Jack get a start in the League. Don't think he is at the level we need either but want to see him play with the cream of the squad before conclusively believing it.

If Watford get something from the game at home tonight against United, then we will be within touching distance of 2nd with a 6 pointer at home on Sunday.

Love the feeling of an Arsenal fixture at Emirates now, our record form here instills a lot of confidence.

I hope we keep the momentum going into the United game and keep rotation at a minimum. This should be an easy win but you never know with the good old Arsenal.

If Iwobi is injured and Özil is still out then I hope Jack will finally get a start in the league.

Why is our squad so flimsy? Start our preferred first team with Wilshere in place of Ozil. These guys will rest when they are dead. They haven't been playing League Cup and Europa Cup. They're well rested.

Should be a good time playing Huddersfield at home a few days after City ran them ragged for 90 minutes.

Kos should be rested given his long term injury issues. I don't think Holding or Chambers coming in would cause us too many problems either.

I'd have rested Ramsey too just to get the lung busting best out of him for Saturday but I've no confidence in Elneny or Coquelin coming in and not disrupting our game.

I reckon this could be Wilshere's first start. I'd be bitterly disappointed if Wenger elected to play Welbeck instead.

It's not necessarily about being flimsy. If you want to increase our odds to beat United, it would help if our team was fitter than theirs. Of course they are already well rested anyway but any edge would help.

I know that rest generally helps, but we are talking about a team that has just come off internationals and did not play in the Europa League. And then the next game is BATE next Thursday where we should be playing our under 18s and Giroud. Let's not mess around. These next 5 days should be about trying to get to 3rd in the league. Play the best possible 11 both games

Oh, forgot completely about the midweek game.

Chopping and changing our starting 11 is usually a contributory factor to our flaky results.

Stick with the team that beat Burnley.

What's the team news for this one? If Ozil's still out, would play Alexis and Wilshere (given how Huddersfield press). Maybe worth playing Debuchy in place of Kos - he's been really solid whenever he has played this season.

Not to be picky but why have we got 4 players on the bench that cover 3 positions and then another 2 to cover the other 7? Basically a bench decided by seniority rather than need.
